PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES
Once we have received payment, we will send your order within 2 to 7 working days, to the address stated on your PayPal page. We will send you an order confirmation email.
In Spain, the order will arrive in 48 hours; in Europe it will take between 5 to 10 days, and in the rest of the world around 15 days, depending on the country.
Same-day delivery – Madrid Only
If you need an urgent delivery we can send your order via messenger. Let us know when you make your order. This form of delivery will incur additional costs.
For larger orders, the pieces can be sent in batches as soon as they are ready, if necessary.
For all international orders outside Europe, keep in mind that the shipping costs do not include any customs fees. We are not responsible for these additional costs.

Shipping to the Canary Isles, Melilla and Andorra will be made using signed-for shipping and will take around 72 hours (3 or 4 working days) depending on the delivery address. Price €15.95 (MRW).

LOST AND DELAYED ORDERS
In the rare occurrence that your order has been lost or delayed, do not hesitate to contact us.
After sending your order, you will be provided with a unique PayPal tracking code that will allow you to contact PayPal for more information.
In the case of international orders, they will often be processed by more than one postal service.
When placing orders internationally, the delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country of delivery. Sometimes, delays may be due to customs controls, which may take up to 1-2 weeks.
If your order is a gift and you want to include a note to your order, please indicate it on the web.

REFUNDS OR RETURNS
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, do not hesitate to contact us here.
If you want to change or return your order, you have 30 days after receiving it. Write us at email@example.com and we’ll tell you how to do it. The jewel must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case it is our mistake, we will take care of the shipping costs.
For international returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for any additional customs duties and fees.

In each order we make sure that your jewelry is packaged to arrive safely, in perfect condition.
The pieces of JMUM come wrapped in their own personalized box or storage bag within a postage and an envelope.
