If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, do not hesitate to contact us.
If you want to change or return your order, you have 30 days after receiving it. Write us at email@example.com and we’ll tell you how to do it. The jewel must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
The charges for the return shipping costs are free for orders shipping within peninsular Spain. Shipping charges for exchanges are paid by the customer.
Shipping costs for international returns or exchanges outside of peninsular Spain are borne by the customer. In case it is our mistake, we will take care of the shipping costs.
For international returns/exchanges, as a customer you will be responsible for any additional customs duties and fees.
